Spring is here, which in my mind means spring cocktails! I’ve definitely found myself reaching for my Hard Truth Gin more often as the weather warms up. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen my “Quarantini” series that I’ve been posting most evenings. I’ve been spending this extra time at home learning some new recipes and experimenting with different cocktails. Thankfully, I recently stocked up on all my different Hard Truth Spirits.
One of my favorites that I’ve made so far was this Bee’s Knees cocktail. It is a prohibition-era cocktail that got its name from the commonly used term, meaning “the best.” I’ve ordered this drink at bars before, but I had never gotten around to making one at home. I am so glad I did because this will be a springtime staple at our house for sure. You can check out the full recipe below!
