Next up for this month’s Pumpkin Series is one of my favorites that I’ve been making for a few years now. This Pumpkin Fluff Dip could not be any easier to throw together for a fall party, pumpkin carving or just as a fun dessert! I like to mix this up, put it in a tiny bowl and then place that inside a mini pumpkin for a decorative display. If you have an office pitch-in coming up, make this simple festive dish, and thank me later!
Ingredients:
- 1 can pure pumpkin
- 1 16 oz. container of frozen whipped topping, thawed in fridge
- 1 3.4 oz. package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, etc. to dip in it
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl mix together to pumpkin, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice
- Fold in the whipped topping
- Cover and chill in the fridge 1-2 hours or overnight
- Serve in a bowl, or even set that bowl inside a mini pumpkin for a festive touch
- Enjoy!
